Shipping policy

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because each order is packed personally, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help determine the next steps.

For damaged orders, please keep the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and item.

Many Resonance Reliquary pieces cannot be recreated exactly. If a one-of-a-kind item is lost or damaged in transit, an identical replacement may not be possible. When appropriate, I’ll work with you toward a replacement, repair, or other resolution.
